  • Minimum 2-night stay, and a minimum 3-night stay on long weekends, one night exceptions with last minute availability or when only one night is vacant

BOOKING POLICIES

  • The maximum number of occupants in a cabin is 4 adults or a family of 6 (with children under 18). Please note that we do not accept pets.

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking; we accept VISA and MasterCard. Final payment is due upon arrival at the Ranch and can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), debit, e-transfer or cash.

  • Check-in time is 3:30 pm - 9:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.

  • You are responsible for any missing items or damages to your cabin furnishings or fixtures that occur during your stay, and we reserve the right to charge the credit card provided to cover these costs.

  • Falcon Beach Ranch, staff or volunteers cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred during your stay.

  • When booking by phone, your verbal authorization to use your credit card for your deposit affirms your compliance with our booking policy.

  • Be aware that Ranch Activities have seasonal availability (e.g. sleigh rides) and some limitations (e.g. riding seasons for kids). If your stay is contingent on ranch activities, please ensure that you closely review our Riding Policies.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Any cancellations or date changes (including refunded deposits) are subject to a $30 administration fee.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the stay will receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the stay are not eligible for a refund unless we are able to re-book the cabin for those dates.

  • There is no refund for days lost due to late arrival or early departure.

  • Gift certificates are subject to the above cancellation policy.
