We require a minimum 2-night stay, and a minimum 3-night minimum stay on long weekends.
Single night stays are based on last-minute availability and are $195 for 2 people.
*High Season includes all long weekends, July and August, and Christmas holidays.
The maximum number of occupants in a cabin is 4 adults or a family of 6. Please note that we do not accept pets.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking; we accept both VISA and MasterCard. Final payment is due upon arrival at the Ranch and can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), debit, or cash.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
You are responsible for any missing items or damages to your cabin furnishings or fixtures that occur during your stay, and we reserve the right to charge the credit card provided to cover these costs.
Falcon Beach Ranch, staff or volunteers cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred during your stay.
When booking by phone, your verbal authorization to use your credit card for your deposit affirms your compliance with our booking policy.
Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of your stay unless we are able to re-book your cabin. Any refunded deposits or date changes are subject to a $30 administration fee. If you cancel your booking with less than 7 days’ notice and we cannot re-book your cabin, you will be liable for the full value of the cancelled stay.
There is no refund for days lost due to late arrival or early departure.
