Summer Activities

Horse Camps 2024!

Yeehaw! Our Summer Horse Camp application period is now open! Now (Thursday, February 8th) to Thursday, February 15th.

Buckaroos (for ages 7-10) and Wranglers (for ages 11-16) are half-day, week-long camps that connect kids and horses. The camps are spent with (and on) horses they are outside, and best of all, they are FUN!

Camp participants spend time in the stables with the horses, developing skills such as grooming and tacking up, while at the same time developing a bond with their equine partners and learning how to communicate with them. Much time is spent in the saddle as well, learning western riding techniques while navigating the Ranch's forested trails or playing games in the outdoor arena.

Horse Camp for Kids - Summer 2019

** Thank you so much for your interest, but the 2019 Horse Camp sessions are full **

Summer is yet again just around the corner, and we’re excited for another summer full of all things horse!

Registration is OPEN NOW for our Summer Horsemanship Camps! Starting on Monday, February 4th, we are accepting registrations for Buckaroos (for ages 7-11) and Wranglers (for ages 12-16). These half-day, week-long camps here at Falcon Beach Ranch aim to connect kids with horses. The camps are spent with (and on) HORSES, they are OUTSIDE, and best of all, they are FUN!

Camp participants spend time in the stables with the horses, developing skills such as grooming and tacking up, while at the same time developing a bond with their equine partners and learning how to communicate with them. Much time is spent in the saddle as well, learning proper western riding techniques while navigating the Ranch's forested trails or playing games in the outdoor arena.

So if you have a passionate young cowgirl who has asked for a pony for Christmas, or a cowboy-to-be that came for a trail ride and didn't want to leave, or even if you have a timid buckaroo who just needs a little more experience to feel comfortable around horses, you may want to consider horse camp this summer!
