BOOKING POLICIES

The maximum number of occupants in a cabin is 4 adults or a family of 6 (with children under 18). Please note that we do not accept pets.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking; we accept VISA and MasterCard. Final payment is due upon arrival at the Ranch and can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), debit, e-transfer or cash.
Check-in time is 3:30 pm - 9:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
You are responsible for any missing items or damages to your cabin furnishings or fixtures that occur during your stay, and we reserve the right to charge the credit card provided to cover these costs.
Falcon Beach Ranch, staff or volunteers cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred during your stay.
When booking by phone, your verbal authorization to use your credit card for your deposit affirms your compliance with our booking policy.

Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of your stay unless we are able to re-book your cabin. Any refunded deposits or date changes are subject to a $30 administration fee.
There is no refund for days lost due to late arrival or early departure.
Gift certificates are subject to the above cancellation policy.
