Booking policies

  • We are open all year. Call ahead to make your reservation! 
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking; we accept both VISA and MasterCard. Final payment for your stay is due upon arrival at the Ranch and can be made by credit card, debit, or cash.
  • Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of your stay, unless we are able to re-book your cabin. Any refunded deposits or date changes are subject to a $30 administration fee. If you cancel your booking with less than 7 days’ notice and we cannot re-book your cabin, you will be liable for the full value of the cancelled stay.
  • There is no refund for days lost due to late arrival or early departure.
  • Your verbal authorization to use your credit card for your deposit affirms your compliance with our reservation policy.
  • Gift certificates are subject to the above cancellation policies.
